1. Instant Electronic Delivery (Digital Products)

At ByDukaan, all primary software offerings (including POS software setups, inventory tools, database utilities, and script packages) are 100% digital goods. We do not dispatch physical CD-ROMs or flash drives for standard digital licenses unless an enterprise physical archival package is expressly purchased.

Delivery Speed: As soon as your payment is validated through our automated payment gateway (via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank Card, or OneQR), fulfillment is completely automated:

Your Cryptographic License Key (format: BYDK-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) is generated instantly and rendered on screen.
Secure, time-tokenized download links become immediately active in your Downloads dashboard.
An automated confirmation email containing your license, receipt, and installation guide is dispatched to your registered email address.

2. Download Limits & Retention

For security reasons and anti-scraping protection, each software download link is governed by an expiration window (typically 30 to 90 days) and an authorized download counter (up to 5 attempts). Should your link expire or if you need to reinstall following a hardware wipe, you can easily request a link refresh by opening a quick ticket in your customer dashboard at no extra charge.

3. Optional Hardware & Accessories Delivery (Pakistan)

When purchasing bundled POS hardware bundles (such as 80mm thermal receipt printers, wireless laser barcode scanners, cash drawers, or touch terminals):

Logistics Partners: Dispatched via top Pakistani courier networks (TCS, Leopards Courier, Trax Logistics).
Delivery Timeline:
- Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 24–48 business hours.
- Other Cities & Rural Outskirts: 3–5 business days.
Inspection on Delivery: Customers are advised to examine the package tamper-evident seal before signing courier consignment notes.
